Also this year World Friends, together with the Medical Collaboration Committee - CCM and in collaboration with the Consortium of Piedmontese NGOs - COP, CRIMEDIM and SIMNOVA, promotes the Global Health Course to train healthcare professionals and medical specialists interested in work in low-income countries or ad acquire new knowledge to better respond to the health needs of foreign citizens.
During the year, 3 modules to be able to attend individually for a maximum of 30 students each:
1st module: Right to health, globalization and development
Basic preparation on the techniques of conception and monitoring of projects carried out in the health sector, on cultural skills and elements of global health. The course includes a focus on the different ways of understanding health and care, as well as a focus on health in the suburbs.
